At JanSport, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 60-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make the return process simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Prepaid Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label. A flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
